Angie Taylor is a Melbourne based curator and artist who enjoying working across a variety of art forms. After completing a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts (Visual Arts) in 2002 she created and sold work on commission and participated regularly in group exhibitions which lead to a passion for curating. In 2004 Angie completed a Graduate Diploma in Museum studies and curatorial projects became a focus. In 2005 until late 2008 Angie travelled extensively through the United Kingdom and Europe gaining valuable experience working on exhibition and creative research projects for the Anne Frank Trust UK and Madame Tussaude’s London. Upon returning from the United Kingdom Angie commenced work as the Assistant Curator at the Warrnambool Art Gallery. Oil and acrylic painting are Angie’s mediums of choice. |
